玻璃瓶内表面发生侵蚀扫描电镜图

玻璃瓶内表面侵蚀及脱片

扫描电镜主要对玻璃瓶的内表面侵蚀及脱片进行观察,同时也可以对药液过滤物进行分析。利用飞纳台式扫描电镜对玻璃瓶的表面进行观察,如图所示,左图为药液侵蚀的玻璃瓶内表面,右图为侵蚀时间较长的玻璃瓶内表面,我们可以看到由于药液和玻璃瓶发生反应,光滑的内表面发生侵蚀,长时间的侵蚀会导致大面积脱片。这些反应后药液一旦注射入患者的身体内,会对患者的健康造成不良的影响。

分析药液不溶物过滤

采用直径为 220nm 的滤膜过滤玻璃瓶药液,过滤干燥后对滤膜进行分析,可以看到滤膜表面有过滤下来的颗粒物,尺寸大多在 10μm 以下。对颗粒物进行能谱分析,含有 C, N, O, Si, Al, Na, K, Cl 等元素。推断颗粒物为玻璃瓶打开时破碎玻璃进入药液。
